you got a task from ur lecturer and u hv to do it in a group.. the lecturer already group in u wit sum1 that not really get in wit u.. how u want to do discussion and brainstorming wit dat person if both of u hv different way of thinking and ideas??.. how u can solve problems and create a bombastic result and outcomes from the task??.. one side wait till other side approach.. one side keep on wit his/her ego...
BTW, THIS IS A REAL STORY.. THIS WHAT HAPPEN EITHER IN CAMPUS OR AT WORKPLACE.. SO, I JUST WANT SOME OPINION HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.. CZ THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME..
